In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "clupk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the clupk online casino and sports betting service accessible at clupk.vip and all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and account management portals.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers for, accesses, or uses any part of the clupk platform, including browsing without registration.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a registered Player on the clupk platform, through which the Player accesses games, deposits funds, places bets, and manages their profile settings.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by clupk, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot games, and any promotional programmes.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which the clupk platform operates for Pakistani players.
• "Licence" means the international gaming licence under which clupk operates and provides its Services.

By accessing, registering on, or using the clupk platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close any account you may have opened.

Your continued use of clupk following the publication of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. clupk will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players of material changes via email or an on-platform notification, but the absence of such notification does not affect the binding nature of the updated Agreement.

Where any provision of this Agreement conflicts with applicable law in the jurisdiction from which a Player accesses the platform, the applicable legal provision shall prevail only to the minimum extent necessary to achieve compliance, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the clupk platform is strictly restricted. To be eligible to register and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute and non-negotiable requirement. clupk does not permit any person under the age of 21 to access, register, deposit, wager, or otherwise use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or voluntary restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the clupk platform.
• You are opening only one account in your own legal name, and you are not maintaining any duplicate or multiple accounts on the platform.

clupk reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentary evidence of age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by clupk may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of clupk Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Player Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory fields. You must promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Each Player may hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access or use your account.
• You must notify clupk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• clupk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

clupk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

clupk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time, and clupk does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. You agree that all funds deposited into your clupk account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• clupk does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. clupk is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits are generally credited to your clupk account immediately upon confirmed receipt, subject to payment provider processing times.
• clupk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits and may request supporting documentation before crediting the funds.

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the terms set out in this section. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering ("AML") requirements.

clupk aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing times vary by payment method; JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a short period during business hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts may take longer depending on inter-bank processing schedules.

clupk reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information during such verification constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the forfeiture of the requested withdrawal amount and permanent account closure.

clupk offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific bonus terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must satisfy all stated wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• clupk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotion — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
• clupk's decision on all bonus and promotion-related matters is final and binding.

All casino games, live dealer products, and sports betting markets on the clupk platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or software malfunction during a game round or live betting event, clupk reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return the staked amounts to Players' accounts. clupk does not accept liability for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including third-party network failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

For sports betting markets, including PSL cricket and international cricket fixtures, all settlements are based on official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, clupk's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules — as published in the sportsbook rules section — will apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the clupk platform. Engaging in any of the following behaviours constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in appropriate cases, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Player Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be void.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any clupk software, game, or application.

clupk is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small minority of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligation to provide meaningful protective tools seriously. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen alerts after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which all login access is blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and clupk will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Players.

All content on the clupk platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game content, graphics, text, design elements, and audiovisual materials, is the property of clupk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in the clupk brand, platform, or any associated intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the clupk platform without the prior written consent of clupk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clupk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming credits.

clupk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your clupk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

clupk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where clupk has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity has occurred on the account.
• The account is being used for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• A regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requires the account to be suspended or closed.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting clupk support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering requirements and any applicable fees) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any required verification.

clupk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where an amendment is material, clupk will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent on-platform notification, no fewer than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, and formatting changes — may take effect immediately upon publication.

The current version of this Agreement, identified by the effective date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly. Your continued use of the clupk platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which clupk holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with clupk through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team in the first instance. clupk is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") body as designated by clupk from time to time.

Nothing in this clause limits clupk's right to seek emergency injunctive or other urgent relief in any competent court where necessary to protect clupk's rights, platform integrity, or Player funds.
